Damaged Goods
- If your produce is damaged in transit due to poor packaging we will replace your order at no extra cost.
- If your parcel is damaged by Australia Post we will make a claim for compensation via the Australia Post website. We would also ask that you lodge a complaint at your local Australia Post outlet when collecting your parcel. It is advisable to do this upon collection and take photos of the damages.
Refunds, returns and exchanges
- If we have made an error and provided an incorrect product, or out of date product, we will gladly refund the items concerned.
- If the entire order is incorrect we will refund the entire amount of funds including the shipping fees.
- As we supply food items, we do not accept exchange or return of goods.
- In the event that we send the incorrect product we will gladly provide the choice of a refund or replacement.
