May Bright Nectarines!

We’ve been busy picking the first of our stone fruit for this season, our May Bright nectarines and we’ll have them at Flemington this Sunday.
These nectarines are a yellow flesh, cling stone variety and have a sharp flavour. Sadly these are not for lovers of sweet nectarines – sweetness comes in later varieties that have soaked up the sun longer and produced more sugars.
They will store well on the bench, or pop them in the fridge to keep a little longer.
