Australian White garlic

Australian White garlic has a full flavour and is a soft neck variety.

It will store for up to 6 months (ours is harvested in November, and if kept in the right conditions, should store well until April).

The bulbs have around 10 large outer cloves, with many smaller cloves on the inner layer.

Available to purchase in a 1 kilo box that can be posted anywhere in Australia (except WA and Tasmania due to quarantine restrictions).
